Join us on our new hike starting from Belmont Demesne.
Meeting point Belmont Demesne Carpark 10:30m. Which is near the Baked Arthur’s Barn cafe.
From here we’ll make our way on the new Belmont walking trail as we make our way up to the Little Sugarloaf. With fantastic views crossing the summit of little Sugarloaf. We will drop down on to more forest trails making our way down to kilruddery estate before making our way up for Bray Head with fabulous coastal views. While staying on the high trail we’ll pick up the Belmont Way Trail and make our for windgates and back to the Belmont Demesne.
This Guided Hike is €20 per person.

Meet at Glendalough Visitor Centre at 10:30 am
We will make our way to the scenic Wicklow Way Trail from here. Then head for Brockagh Mountain. We will pass over the 2 summits on Brockagh Mountain with fantastic views from both summits. From the second summit we will drop down to St Kevins Way Trail where the old mining works is and make our way back to Glendalough.
The hike is approx 15km / finish aprox 15.00 pm
Route may change in a event of bad weather.
What to bring.
Hiking gear, waterproof gear, hiking boots, hat gloves, extra layers, food, water. snacks and flask.
Gaiters/hiking poles optional.

Meet at Visitor Centre Glendalough @ 10am.
From here we will make our way for Camaderry Mountain, through forest trails, till we hit the open mountain side with great views on our way to the summit.
Camaderry (Irish: Sliabh Céim an Doire, meaning “step/pass of the oak-wood.)
From Camaderry Summit we will make our way for Tourlough Hill (Turlough Hill, also known as Tomaneena, is a 681-metre-high mountain in County Wicklow and site of Ireland’s only pumped-storage hydroelectricity plant. The power station is owned and operated by the ESB and can generate up to 292 megawatts of electricity at times of peak demand.)
Leaving Turlough hill we will make our way down to the St Kevins Way Trail returning to Glendalough on this trail and passing an old mining works on the way .
This hike is approx 17km.

Meeting Point Glendalough visitors centre.
Starting 10am / Finishing 4:30 pm
Fantastic hike of Scarr Mountain starting in Glendalough & making our way on the senic Wicklow way trail through forest trails to Paddock Hill. We will leave the Wicklow way at this point. And make our way for Scar Mountain and on to the summit which is (641m). We’ll have lunch here with fantastic views. After lunch lunch we’ll start to make our way Kanturk Mountain with views of luggala estate & loughdan lake. Many scene’s from The Vikings TV series shot in these area.
We’ll make our down from Kanturk and finish our hike in loughdan. Where we’ll be transferred by bus back to Glendalough.
